I have been teaching for five years. My first two years were spent at a middle school in NYC. While I was there, I was featured in the Department of Education’s “Teach NYC” advertising campaign (If you click on Meet A Teacher, you can see I’m still there).
My last three years have been spent teaching Math and Computer Programming at Irvington HS in Irvington, NY. I also serve as the District Technology Coordinator. Prior to teaching, I spent four years working in industry as a technology consultant.
Switching into teaching was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My passion for technology has made me a better teacher and constantly pushes me to strive for more. I have made it my personal mission to find new and innovative ways to incorporate technology into my classroom and to help others do the same.
I reside in Yonkers with my wife, Jessica, and my daughter, Jordan.
